I'm an IT professional with a BBA in Management Information Systems from Temple University. I love finding creative ways to solve problems and make technology work better for people. My expertise spans IT support, cloud services, troubleshooting, and making sure technology is simple and accessible for everyone.

Work Experience

In my most recent role at a fintech company, I managed desktop infrastructure, resolved complex software issues, and owned our modern endpoint management pipelines using Intune and Apple Business Manager. I also spearheaded identity governance via Entra ID, secured corporate SaaS access controls, and successfully deployed secure enterprise AI systems.

Outside of Tech

When I'm not busy with tech stuff, you'll find me working on craft projects or teaching people how to feel more comfortable using technology. I love helping people, especially those not as familiar with computers, learn how to use digital tools, and I'm always excited to show them how AI can make everyday tasks a little easier.
